While vacation rental listings are free on Furnished Homes, you do have an opportunity to FEATURE your Vacation Home in the top listings for your city. To upgrade to a featured listing just log into your owner dashboard, select the property to feature, click on the upgrade property button, select the number of months to feature your vacation rental and process online at our secure Paypal checkout. You can print a receipt for your records and an email verification will be sent to you immediately. Your home will immediately move up in the listings for your city. Most featured U.S. city listings on the Furnished Homes map are $20 or less monthly. All cities are $5 monthly for a featured listing.

How will I know that my vacation rental is featured? When you go to the map you will see that a featured property has a prominent RED push pin and the non-featured listings have blue push pin markers. Your featured listing will also move to the top of the furnished rentals listing directory on the left of the Furnished Homes Map. In addition, anytime a visitor searches your city for a vacation home the featured listings appear with a check mark at the top of the listings. We are finding that the RED push pins have a higher click rate too.

Furnished Homes listings are still free, rotate randomly on each new page view, allow for 12 images, availability calendars and can link to your personal website. It is important to note that featured listings are available from 1 to 12 months. If the featured listing expires it will just revert to the free listing with a blue push pin and the featured listing will be available again in the owner panel.
