Tucson Arizona is home to the United States largest Gem and Mineral Show for nearly 55 years!  Travelers from all over the world descend on the Old Pueblo every year and this year the showcase is January 31 to February 15, 2009.  Visitors will find gems, minerals, beads and fossils from around the globe.

The Tucson Gem Show is just too big to be a single event at one location.  The show attracts thousands of participants and visitors to nearly 50 sites throughout Tucson.  Many shows take place at the same time at area resorts, exhibit halls, hotels and other venues.

The main event of this 2 week gathering is the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show at the convention center. Thousands of treasure hunters from all ends of the earth come and search the displays. This is open to the public and you can view displays from renowned museums and private collections.  In addition, over 250 mineral, gemstone, jewelry and fossil retail dealers will be on site.
