I recently stumbled onto a nifty website that came in handy while traveling the U.S. and thought I would pass it on.  This is a great service to offer your guests that have made an inquiry for or booked time at your vacation rentals. 

MenuPages allows visitors to post reviews and owners to post their restaurant menus online.  For example, there are over 6,700 Menus posted for Manahattan New York City Restaurants alone!  Currently MenuPages services major cities including: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, DC and South Florida.

You can search for a specific cuisine like Cuban, Thai or Vegetarian (and many more).  Or search by neighborhood such as the Financial District or Soho.  In addition, you can read reviews, post a review of your dining experience and print a menu. 

Most vacation rental owners and managers have welcome books for their guests.  More travelers than ever are looking online for vacation rentals and would like to see nearby restaurants (you can show them on Furnished Homes Maps soon too).  Those of you in major cities may want to provide the web address for MenuPages in your welcome books, on your personal vacation rental websites or in your confirmations to visitors.  Bon Apetite!
