Evidence suggesting that Guest Reviews for vacation rentals are catching on is the recent investment by TripAdvisor (a leading travel and hotel review site) into a vacation rental site called Flipkey. Flipkey is currently a vacation rental directory allowing for reviews and catering primarily to property managers.

Wow! What a great time. This is a great place with the kids and the swimming pools. You will not be disappointed. The bbq grills were an added surprise. See you next year!

This is a great idea. I saw the Flipkey article and applaud their new initiatives. Personally, I would always look for reviews if I was choosing a vacation rental, so having that option is excellent. Now we are going into our quieter season I’m looking forward to getting our properties listed on Go Furnished, and hope to see some reviews on those in time.
