That is a much better site for listing your vacation rental properties than the unmentioned site. $397/year per property is extremely high for a site like that. I would suspect that the site you discussed towards the end is a better deal and from what I see, you’re right. In the end, what rental property owners are looking for is a place where they can gain exposure to the properties in lieu of renting it out during the year. It would be nice to make a good profit off of it, but inevitably as long as the people renting it are satisfied; having saved more money than getting hotel accommodations. To me that’s a hole-in-one: Affordable vacation rental + the peace and quiet one receives compared to a hotel room or suite.
